I hereby, undertake the following declaration

  • To the best of my knowledge and belief the applicant's business operations including the use of point of sale and marketing documentation complies with relevant laws.
  • The Applicant agrees as a condition of Membership to comply with the Association's by-laws.
  • The Applicant agrees as a condition of Membership to comply with the Association's Code of Ethics.
  • The Applicant agrees as a condition of Membership to promptly inform the Association of any change in its circumstances, including material changes to its point of sale and marketing documentation, the authorized representative and/or the designated person responsible for administering the complaint handling system.
  • I solemnly claim that I will not be a part of any Ponzi scheme or Prize chits.
  • I will follow the rules and regulations of DSA Pakistan and will always put consumer rights as a priority.

While submitting the Membership form for processing, Please attach the following :

  • CNIC Copy
  • NTN Number
  • Two passport size Photographs
  • Pay-order or Cross Cheque of PKR 1500/- on account of process fee by name of Direct Selling Association of Pakistan (DSA Pakistan)

Important Notes

Applicants for DSAP Membership are assessed against criteria aimed at promoting industry professionalism and consumer protection. To commence the application process applicants are required to complete the following information and provide transactional documentation as required to evidence compliance with the DSAP Code of Ethics. If the potential member fails to provide accurate information, the association will hold the right to take legal action against the organization in question. The association holds complete and independent right to accept or decline the application without having to explain the decision.
